Heathfield Park Community Action Network

    Heathfield Park Community Action Network was formed on July 22nd 2014 to replace and continue the work of the Heathfield Park Local Neighbourhood Partnership (Heathfield Park LNP), covering the Heath Town, New Park Village and Springfield areas of Wolverhampton.

    Our objectives include the following:

     

    • To Bring Together Key Public Agencies, Representatives Of Business, Community And Voluntary Sectors Providing A Local Network Group That Encourages And Enables All To Participate More Effectively With The Wider Community.
    • To Increase, Or Co-Ordinate Opportunities For The Socially Excluded To Engage With Service Providers, To Enable Those Providers To Adapt Services To Better Meet The Needs Of The Community.
    • To Promote The Relief Of Poverty In The Area.
    • To Promote The Preservation Of Buildings Or Sites Of Historic Or Architectural Importance As Identified In The Neighbourhood Plan
    • To Promote The Provision Of Recreational Facilities For The Public At Large Or Those Who By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Ethnic Origin, Infirmity Or Disablement, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances, Have Need Of Such Facilities.
    • To Encourage The Protection Or Conservation Of The Local Environment.
